Soil Geomorphology
In this book, the authors have tried to raise all issues related to the soil from the perspective of geomorphology. The first to third chapters discuss the concepts about the history of soil and soil geomorphological studies and soil physical properties. Other chapters discuss the surface processes that determine and change soil properties. Issues such as: soil horizons, types and processes of weathering, the role of physical and chemical properties of rocks in weathering, etc. are among the topics discussed in chapters 4 to 7 of the book. Soil classification and taxonomy, global distribution of soil types, audit methods, and preparation of soil maps are other important topics in soil geomorphology that are discussed in chapters 8 to 10.
