This book, as its name suggests, complements the topics of a book called Minhaj, written by Ayatollah Sayyid Muhsin Al-Hakim, which did not include topics such as Qaza (judgment), testimonies, Hudud (borders), Tazirat (punishments), Qisas (retaliation), and Diyat. Ayatollah Khoyi, by writing this book, has dealt with the issue of Qisas, especially inOccultation (ghaybah) period. SAMT Organization has also published the book “Translation and Commentary on the Principles of Takmala Al-Minhaj: Qisas” with the translation and commentary of Khalil Gheblei of Khoyi in completing the topic of Qisas of Ayatollah Khoyi's book, as an independent applied work in criminal jurisprudence.
