Competition law, as a tool of legal control, plays a pivotal role in systematizing intellectual property markets; In a way, providing a suitable platform for promoting the level of innovation and technological development is not possible in the absence of regulatory standards for antitrust rights. This book, first, explains the basic and important concepts of competition law and intellectual creation law, which are in fact an entry for future discussions. Then, the basic rules regarding the relationship between competition law and intellectual property rights are analyzed and in addition to contemplating the common goals of the two systems that are the basis for interaction between them, the attitude of antitrust law as intellectual property and desirable competitive strategies in the field of intellectual property is discussed. The final section is devoted to exploring the dimensions of agreements that relate to intellectual creations, disrupt competition in products, innovation, and technology markets in various ways, and that competition law distinguishes them from legitimate competitive practices through specific rules and regulations. In this book, an attempt is made to adapt the approaches of the leading systems in the field of competition law and intellectual property and the results to the approaches of Iranian law in an analytical and critical perspective, so that on the one hand, the educational goals of the researcher have been achieved and on the other hand, solutions and suggestions for Lawyers and trustees in the fields of competition law and intellectual property law have been developed.
