In many countries of the world, consumer and producer behavior is based on theoretical hypotheses of microeconomics, and this is a reason for the importance of understanding the market performance, its role and price theory. The present book deals with issues in the field of microeconomics in order to study the principles and foundations of the market mechanism systematically and how to adjust these principles. For this purpose, during ten chapters- after a brief introduction and review of the market mechanism- the goals and behavior of manufacturing firms, the structure and different forms of the market of goods and services are stated and then, in the following, it clarifies the different frameworks of market analysis in terms of the level of monopoly and competitiveness. Other topics in this book are the study of monopolistic competition and market completely, determining the amount of production in imperfect competition markets, examining the demand for factors of production, explaining the theoretical principles of labor, effective factors in determining the rate of return on capital, welfare economics and finally, examining mechanism efficiency in the market.
