The Procedure of Student Dispatch in Iran

Recognizing the lines of cultural and educational movement in the past and explaining the methods of improvement and choosing the appropriate methods of dealing with the West in obtaining science and technology is the essential matter. The subject of the process of sending students, considered as the sociological issues of education, is one of the policies that the author of this book seeks to explore its disadvantages and opportunities. Drawing a perspective on this subject and reviewing it in the entirety of history as well as the current situation is one of the important goals of the book. In this regard, the author focuses more on the cultural and educational aspects of texts, references and documents related to contemporary Iranian history, the text of parliamentarians' discussions on relevant laws, inquiring of some relevant officials, experts and those familiar with contemporary history to obtain information and experiences.
