Principles of Islamic Jurisprudence (Applied Figh)
The topics of this book are organized in two chapters; the first chapter (generalities and concepts) introduces the science of jurisprudence and principles, its history and some introductory topics. The second chapter (verbal principles) discusses topics such as the formulation and use of words, commands, concepts, general and specific, absolute bound, etc. Other topics of the principles of jurisprudence (topics of evidence and sources of jurisprudence and practical principles) will be discussed in the second volume of the book. Separation of main and more practical topics from deep and marginal topics, planning suggested topics to lead students to research in the principles of jurisprudence and logic of law, bringing an abstract and a self-examination plan at the end of the chapters are the most important features of the book that make it suitable for teaching at the university.
