The appropriateness of crime and punishment is a new interpretation of criminal law and its nature is beyond the legal aspect and is related to sciences such as psychology, biology and criminal science, and its emergence occurs in two stages of legislation and jurisprudence. The approach of this book is based on the analysis of the system of determination and appropriateness of punishment in the realm of disincentive punishments.
