This crime is one of the crimes that all judicial authorities, both criminal and non-criminal, deal with on a daily basis. Although various studies have been conducted on forgery, there are still some ambiguities regarding the criminal act, intent, concurrence, causation elements that affect the realization of this crime, and the distinction of this crime from similar crimes is questionable in some cases.
