This book seeks to introduce transnational human resource management from a theoretical and practical point of view. In this book, the importance of studying transnational conditions through the development of the general process of human resource management is examined and the processes and issues related to the employment of effective employees are discussed. The purpose of this book is to get acquainted with the categories of development in the field of transnational human resource management from a scientific and practical point of view and to create perspectives in this field. To this end, in each chapter, with relevant questions and emphasis on life experience, aspects of transnational human resource management are analyzed and evaluated. This book is suitable and useful for graduates of different levels and executives and students who are studying transnational human resource management for the first time, but it is originally designed to meet the needs of students with different skills and diverse educational backgrounds. This work also provides an analytical framework for examining transnational employment, breaking down the discipline into its main components, and examining each aspect in a different chapter. The most interesting aspect of the book for executives is the review of career paths and competencies in the point of view of transnational human resource management, as well as its constructive method for defining the macro, medium, and micro contexts and key effects and considerations at these levels for effective management of transnational groups and transnational operations.
