Web Design and Management for Libraries and Information Centers
A library website is a communication tool between the library and its audience, and librarians need to learn its design and management techniques. The book Web Design and Management of Libraries and Information Centers has been written for undergraduate students of information science and science and contains information on selecting, designing, producing, and updating the library website. This book has eight chapters and an appendix for practical practice. The first chapters deal with website design and architecture, programming languages, and library website applications; in the following, the storage and retrieval of information, as well as the digital library, will be discussed, some tips for managing the library website are suggested at the end.
