Shâhnâme (vol. 1): Famous Book of King (Choosen from Preface and Story of Haft Xân, Rostam and Sohrâb and Siyâvaš)
Shahnameh (1) is a book that has been compiled for a course with the same title in the undergraduate course of Persian language and literature and includes a selection from the preface of Shahnameh and the stories of the Mazandaran war (Haftkhan Rostam), Rostam, and Sohrab and Siavash in 1773 verses. In the introduction of the book, some of the most important issues and topics related to Ferdowsi and some other points in Shahnameh studies are discussed in fifteen topics. In the explanations, the meaning of terms, combinations and interpretations, the report of some verses and lines, the description of some textual points and mythological, epic and rituals, and the introduction of fictional characters based on the most authoritative researches and the latest theories are discussed.
