Today in all developed societies, insurance is considered an important factor in the development of countries. Insurance plays a prominent role in the growth of various economic sectors and also increases investment incentives by covering the losses caused by economic activities and the development of society. In other words, the insurance industry, as a set of economic enterprises, considers its costs and benefits and acts optimally to provide maximum services at the lowest cost, which leads to the economic growth of society. However, concepts such as marketing in the insurance industry have not grown enough due to the lack of scientific resources. The need for scientific resources in the field of insurance services marketing, made the authors write a book in this field.
