Principals of Territorial Spatial Arrangement
Territorial spatial planning is based on the capabilities, capacities, and talents of each region. By keeping in view the uniformity and coordination of the effects and results of national practices in each land, at the national level, a special role and responsibility is created for different regions of the country. Based on this role and responsibility, certain growth and development programs can be implemented in the spatial planning of different regions. This is because the issue of space and the analysis of the laws governing its formation play a key role in spatial planning. With this view, spatial planning designs explain how to regulate human relations as well as space, and human activities, and outline the general axes of land development in accordance with the capabilities and limitations of the national land and, at the same time, outline transnational and trans-regional opportunities and threats.
