In this book, the principles and Fundamentals of international relations are explained as a subject and discipline. Therefore, two general goals have been considered at both theoretical and practical levels. At the theoretical level, the purpose is to explain the nature, concepts, approaches, presuppositions, and assumptions of the knowledge and science of international relations. At the practical level, the purpose is to describe, explain and analyze the phenomena, mechanisms, structures, processes, issues, patterns, and international results, as well as the motives, ideals, goals, and behavior of international actors.
