This book explains the principles and Fundamentals of international relations as a subject and field of study. Therefore, two general goals have been tried to be achieved at both practical and theoretical levels. The theoretical purpose is to explain the nature, concepts and categories, approaches, presuppositions, and assumptions of knowledge and science of international relations. At the practical level, the goal is to describe, explain and analyze phenomena, mechanisms, structures, processes, issues and issues, patterns, and international results, as well as the motives, ideals, goals, and behavior of international actors.
