Private Criminal Law of Islam

One of the prominent features of the Islamic criminal law is showing the ugliness of the acts that committing them results in the crime. By showing the ugliness of deeds and filth, society is warned against committing them; therefore, the Islamic criminal law is to honor human beings and to preserve the high status of human beings. Based on the intrinsic value of human beings, the author has dealt with the views of Islamic jurisprudential religions in penal and criminal rulings, and has discussed the commonalities and differences between Islamic religions. The study of this book, which is the result of years of research and teaching by the author, is recommended to judges and lawyers in addition to students.
