The forthcoming book is the first book written entirely on the history of pre-Islamic Iranian law and hopes to pave the way for extensive and in-depth research by lovers of law and rich pre-Islamic Iranian history. In the first part of this book, the history of Iranian law is described, which includes the period of the "Medes" and the "Achaemenids". The statements related to these two periods are mostly based on the inscriptions and works of Greek historians and non-Iranian texts, and an attempt has been made to represent the face of this part of the history of Iranian law by representing what has been written about it.
