In this book attempts have been made to show the feasible ways of forming a healthy and Islamic family with a few children, who are to be educated to the highest degrees possible. To obtain this significant goal the content of the book is divided into four chapters:
The part which deals with demography explains that the high number of children in families leads to the dissipation of discipline and control, and plays detrimental to the health of the family and the whole population of a country. Moreover, it discusses the positive consequences of having a small family on the large scale of a country. In this chapter some general issues in relation to the definition of population, its kinds, the science of demography, the structure of population, movement and growth of the population, changes in the population of the world and Iran, population and steady progress and populational policies are put forth.
The second part is related to the system and ethics of the family and the relation of the members of a family with each other that guarantees their physical and mental well-being and peace. In this chapter principles and aims of a family, the ways of forming a healthy family and the marriages of university students are addressed.
The third part deals with the correct and useful methods of contraception, family management and healthy pregnancy. In this part the health and hygiene of pregnancy, family management, and the national programs to control the family are discussed.
There is also a short part dedicated to the questions of contraceptive devices and marriage in Islam, in which the Islamic attitude to birth control and number of children is reflected. Following that, it shows that family management and birth control are allowed in Islam.

Compiled for the BA students for the general course Population Control and Family Management, this book attempts to show the feasible ways of forming a healthy and Islamic family with a few children who are to be educated to the highest degrees possible.
