Family law has seen many changes in the last half-century. In this book, the provisions of the Civil Code in the light of other related laws such as Family Protection (2012) and its executive regulations (2015), the Law on Embryo Donation (2003) and its executive regulations (2004), the Law on Execution of Financial Sentences (2015), the Law on the protection of homeless and abused children and adolescents (2013), the Law on the Protection of Children and Adolescents (2002), the Population and Family Planning Law (1993) have been reviewed in terms of amendments (2009) and (2013). Another objective of this book is to provide a comprehensible and coherent book that can express complex legal concepts in simple words.
