The Presence of SAMT in Sulaymaniyah International Book Fair

SAMT's Public Relations reported that the Organization for Researching and Composing University Textbooks in Islamic sciences and the Humanities (SAMT) exposed more than 150 titles of its authored books to those interested, with the cooperation of The House of Iranian Books and Literature and with the efforts of Cultural Consultation of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Baghdad to facilitate the presence of Iranian publishers in this exhibition.

These books were in different fields of the humanities— including Iran studies, Persian language and literature, archeology, history, geography, law, psychology, philosophy, theology, educational sciences, social sciences, etc.— and in three languages: Persian, Arabic and English.

The Islamic Republic of Iran was present in this exhibition in a 36m²-booth, with more than 800 book titles on various contents, including scientific and academic material, ancient and contemporary literature, children and teenagers books, etc. Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Sudan, Oman, Denmark, Iceland, Sudan, etc. hosted enthusiasts for 10 days on December 2-11, 2023).
