Constitutional Law
Constitutional law is a science in the field of public law. In general, four goals can be considered for modern constitutional laws: organizing the political power, the regulation of citizens’ relations, political power, and the guarantee of the fundamental rights and freedoms of citizens. In constitutional law, we need a model to achieve all the above goals using the mechanisms for that, and the logic behind the constitutional law governs this model. This pattern is called the “rule of law” in constitutional law. “Rule of law” means a state that is bound or bound by rights. We use all the goals of the constitution to ensure that political power is restrained by legal norms and that these norms govern the relations within the political power and its relations with the citizens. Ultimately, the final goal of the “rule of law” model is to effectively protect the rights and freedoms of citizens that are recognized in the constitution.
