Translation and Commentary on the Principles of Takmala Al-Minhaj(diyāt)

This book, as mentioned in its title, is a translation and explanation of the topic of "diyāt" (paid to the victim or heirs of a victimin the cases of murder, bodily harm or property damage) from the book “Principles of Takmala Al-Minhaj”by Ayatollah Khoyi. Khalil Gheblei Khoyi calls himself as the translator of this work, but he has done more than translating in this book, and in addition to translating the text and the principles mentioned in the footnotes, in some cases he has explained Ayatollah Khoyi's opinion and added additional material with jurisprudential reasoning method. DiyātNafs, diya contractual indebtedness, conflict of interests, organ diya, diyāt of breaking, splitting, crushing, piercing, dislocation of hand or foot and injuries to organs other than head, diya of crime on the body organs, diya of Injuries to head and face, blood money, crime against animals, atonement for murder and its rulings are the titles that make up the 11 chapters of this book.
