Public sector economics is a branch of economics that analyzes the effects of changes in revenues and expenditures of the government on economics. The present book has been compiled with the aim of paying attention to the underlying issues in applied microeconomics and studying the economics of the public sector with macroeconomics. During nine chapters, using various tables, graphs and statistical information, the author first analyzes the general expenditures and revenues of the government and after exploring its process in Iran, examines the concepts of this field, history and general budgets. In this book, the topics such as VAT, the economic effects of taxation, fiscal policy and income distribution, tax transfer, national borrowing and its relationship to the subject of the book, as well as the description of financial relations between government, the advantages and disadvantages of centralized and decentralized financial systems are examined.
