The Jurisprudential Foundations of Islamic Economics

Understanding and attainment of the economic school of Islam is one of the issues that have long occupied the scholars of religious sciences and different theories have been presented in this regard. One of the important issues that help us achieve the economic school of Islam is the position of jurisprudence and the method of ijtihad; because only in this way can an expert in Islamic economics deduce Islamic rules and explain the economic school of Islam according to them and describe verses, narrations, basic concepts and knowledge of principles and values. This book has been prepared in a fluent style and with the aim of answering the jurisprudential issues of Islamic economics, for students of disciplines who have a brief acquaintance with economic issues. The authors have used all the textbooks related to the subject and the experiences of professors who have been teaching it for many years to prepare and organize the content of this book.
