Theories of Muslim Scientists in Education and Its Principles (3): Imam Muhammad Ghazzali
This book is the first independent research work on the educational attitudes of Abu Hamed Mohammad Ghazali (450-505 AH) in Persian and it tries to describe, analyze and synthesize, and sometimes critique and apply Ghazali’s educational attitudes, to Identify aspects of his educational perspectives. By studying the nine chapters of this book, in addition to a brief acquaintance with Al-Ghazali’s life and scientific works, it will become clear what the philosophical foundations of his educational views are and what he knows about education, how he defines it, what he says about the possibility and to what extent he knows its necessity and significance. It will also become clear what principles Al-Ghazali considers necessary for the realization of the desired education, and what are the effective factors in education from his point of view, and what goals does he want from the education and what methods has he chosen to achieve them.
