Research Method in Clinical Psychology
The field of clinical psychology and psychopathology faces serious issues while confronting with the nature of psychological research. The framework of the present book, with the aim of introducing research methods in clinical psychology, is based on four basic stages of research: preparation, assessment, compilation and analysis. The author emphasizes the combination of traditional and emerging research methods by stating that none of the research approaches alone is the best method. The message of the book is that with more and more knowledge of research methods and familiarity with conceptual tools, more success can be achieved in the production and optimal use of a research.
