Law of Cooperation Unions
Currently, the country’s cooperative unions are divided into two groups: Cooperative unions whose formation and activity are in accordance with the law approved in 1991 and cooperative unions that are still formed and operate in line with the law approved in 1971. This book has been compiled in two parts and each group of the above unions has been discussed in a separate section. The first part, cooperative unions in the law of 1991, and the second part, cooperative unions in the law of 1971. In addition, the common rules that existed for these unions are not left unsaid as far as possible. The purpose of this distinction was to make the relevant issues available to each of the interested parties and those involved in these unions, independently and without interference.
