Verses of Civil-Criminal Verdicts in the Holy Quran
This book is one of the first books written in Persian in the field of economic and social demography as one of the specialized titles of the undergraduate course in the field of social sciences. The author has tried to acquaint students with the process of development indicators and economic and social measures to gain the required abilities to analyze the trend of developments and how these changes affect the field of policy-making and related executive planning. In the fifth edition of the book, in addition, to put in new and up-to-date statistics on various demographic indicators of the world and Iran, information on aging, status, and causes of AIDS and HIV in Iran, employment and unemployment in Iran and its future, causes and factors of epidemiological transmission of mortality, population, in Iran have been added to the book. In this article, the author seeks to explain and interpret the verses of the Quran that have been revealed about The Shari’a of Islam and interpreted as verses of rulings. Shahid Thani in the book of Al-Rawda al-Bahiyya fi Sharh al-Lum’a refers to over 500 verses. Islamic scholars have written books to describe and interpret the verses of the rulings, the history of those dates back to the second century and the year 140 AH. A large number of Shiite scholars have also written in this field. The author of the book has discussed the verses of rulings in accordance with the order of private law and criminal law, in which criminal law consists of both public and private parts. The verses about worship have not been discussed.
