Foundations of Organization Theory
Administrative studies are a group of human knowledge relating to complex organizations at the micro-social levels including macro-social levels. The main mission of this book is around the theoretical basics of these studies and, in eleven chapters, it analyzes the transition of the concept of theory in ancient and contemporary intellectual and philosophical schools. The basis of this paper is based on two findings related to public management, one is the theoretical constructs and public management- not in accordance with the meaning of theory in its traditional approach, or due to the denial of theory in the new approach- and the superior position of public management among other branches of the social studies has led to a methodical analysis at the macro-social level.
