The Comparative Administrative Law: The Rule of Law and the Comparative Administrative Procedures
The administrative law stated in this book refers to the set of rules and regulations that govern the administrative system and its powers. The analysis of public services, the rule of law, civil liability of the government and the issue of administrative proceedings in several large countries are among the issues that are explained in five chapters of this book. The purpose of the author is to apply administrative proceedings to the laws of the four countries including France, England, the United States and Iran in order to explain the general rules that govern them.
