Comparative Civil Law
Comparative law is an independent science and its main task is to apply rights to the meaning of common value among all systems, regardless of their origin and type of guarantee of their implementation. The present book has been compiled by the efforts of thinkers and professors in this field and in honor of the continuous and well-reasoned scientific efforts of Dr. Seyed Hossein Safaei, who have played an important role in promoting private and comparative law as well as establishing and managing the Institute of Comparative Law. The fourteen scientific articles in this volume are mainly concerned with the comparative study of civil law, the rights of individuals and families, and in some cases, with the comparative study of the two legal systems or regulations of some countries.
