Reflections on Comparative Law
Comparative law is an independent science and its main task is to implement rights meaning common value among all systems, regardless of their origin and type of guarantee of their implementation. The present book has been compiled by the efforts of thinkers and professors in this field and in honor of the continuous and well-reasoned scientific efforts of Dr. Seyed Hossein Safaei, who has played an important role in promoting private and comparative law as well as establishing and managing the Institute of Comparative Law. The scientific articles of this book are divided into six sections for the general study of comparative law, and in addition, articles from comparative studies in various branches of law such as international trade law, constitutional law, criminal law and jurisprudence provided to academics and law enthusiasts.
