Legal Mechanisms for Knowledge-Building and Scientific Progress
Research law is a new field in legal studies whose principles, rules, domain, and content have not yet matured enough. Therefore, this book is the beginning of raising important issues in this field of law. This book, which is the result of the author’s years of research and teaching experience, is an attempt to identify and study important legal and institutional issues related to supporting the scientific development of the country, using the results of comparative studies, empirical and inductive methods. The issues raised are mainly interdisciplinary and generally, after the initial pathology of each related issue, the necessary solutions have been suggested to eliminate the existing dilemmas.
