Quantitative Methods in Archaeological Researches (Vol.I): Basic Methods)
Archeology as a scientific system and influenced by new schools and process orientation, both in terms of data and analysis, should be quantitative in order to be able to explain and infer phenomena and processes using statistics (numbers and sizes). To this end, quantitative models as a tool for development, and modeling as a tool to validate the analysis, are considered by researchers in this field. This book has been written with the aim of teaching quantitative analysis methods in Iranian archeology and is useful for those who are not familiar with basic concepts and subjects or those who use statistical software experimentally without accurate understanding of processes.
