An Introduction to Law: With an Approach to Iranian and Islamic Law
New law students must be acquainted with “Jurisprudence” in general at the beginning of their studies to continue the path with clarity and stability. In this book, by using past experiences an attempt has been made to conduct a study that has the advantages without the disadvantages of previous works. For this purpose, at first, comprehensive research was gathered in two books entitled General Jurisprudence. After summarizing, this book was prepared and utilized in several experimental teaching courses. Now it is presented to the esteemed professors and students. One of the most important features of this work is reducing irrelevant issues to the “Introduction to Jurisprudence” and focusing on one of the branches of jurisprudence. Another feature is the logical order of discussions and topics and the flow of content from simple and easy to complex and difficult. The third feature is the special attention to “Islamic law” as the cornerstone of law in the Islamic Republic of Iran.
