Banking Law
This book has been written with simple literature and far from many comparative or analytical issues. The author has tried to include all the topics that are examined in this field. For this purpose, the general framework of the book is set in 10 chapters to examine the latest banking situation in the country from a legal perspective. It is worth mentioning that the author has used the study opportunity at the Swiss Institute of Comparative Law (University of Lausanne) to write major parts of the research related to this work.
