This book, which is the result of the authors’ research, tries to analyze the political system of the Middle East, the government institutions, and the political parties of the countries in this region. At the beginning of the third millennium, the Middle East is still one of the most important, strategic, and at the same time critical regions in the world, which is of great importance compared to other regions of the world. The issues of this region have always been a point of conflict between the interests of foreign actors, and this conflict has a lot to do with the structure of the power within the countries of the region. Today, factors such as the logic and mode of distribution of power in the international system, the legitimacy of the ruling regimes, and the challenge to the tradition of modernity determine the permanence or decline of regional governments. The Middle East, once an independent region of the world, is now an area of Western influence. The economic dependence of the Middle East on the West causes the foreign policy of these countries to adjust its orientation towards providing security in order to attract investment.
