Delinquency is a phenomenon that has affected the individual and social dimensions of human life throughout history. For this reason, crime prevention has always been considered by different societies and various approaches have been used to achieve this goal. The failure of criminal and situational approaches in crime prevention and the efforts of sociologists, criminologists, and psychologists to better understand the context of crime, but the new approach of “developmental prevention” at the center of studies and preventive measures of organizations. This approach goes a step further and prevents crime. The growth-oriented approach believes that the tendency to commit a crime is a path that begins in childhood and adolescence.
