Media Law
Media law is a relatively new and interdisciplinary field that studies the rights, freedoms, and legal rules of mass communication. This book is written Due to the inadequacy of the literature in this field, the contents of this book have been authored and updated based on new approvals due to the approval of various laws and regulations. It is divided into four general sections: First, the theoretical foundations of media law, including freedom of expression, freedom of information, media independence, media pluralism, and media systematization, are discussed. In the second part, the rules and regulations for setting up media institutions and their activities are reviewed. In the third part, an attempt has been made to make a compromise between different and conflicting interests and to draw the line between legal and legitimate content that creates responsibility. In the final section, the civil and criminal responsibilities resulting from the violation of the prescribed limits, the concept of responsibilities in the field of media, and the conditions for their realization, etc. are discussed.
