Undoubtedly, the knowledge of interpretation and narrative interpretation approach, along with the Qur'an, has a history as long as its revelation and it must be acknowledged with great regret that interpretive narrations, like other narrations, have been vulnerable to some harm over the history. The most important harms of interpretive narrations can be listed as following: 1) elimination of scholars; 2) setting the hadith; 3) Israʼiliyyat; 4) the phenomenon of exaggeration and of exaggerators; 5) meaning quotes; 6) differences in readings.
