International Commercial Arbitration
Arbitration forms an integral part of international trade law. Complementing the issues in International Business Law, this book comprehensively examines the resolution of international business disputes through arbitration without going beyond the textbook for general student use. Also, this book examines the International Commercial Arbitration Law of Iran and the 1958 New York Convention in the light of the latest revision of international instruments such as the 2006 UNCITRAL Arbitration Model Law, the 2010 UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules, and the 2012 International Chamber of Commerce Arbitration Rules. Although this book is about international commercial arbitration and, most of its topics are about international commercial arbitration, in addition to its topics, as the case may be, there are also issues related to domestic arbitration that are subject to the Code of Civil Procedure. A simple text has been used in expressing the content, and the issues have been categorized and arranged in such a way that students and other interested people can easily follow its topics.
