The emergence of electronic communication devices and their increasing use in business has led to the formation of a special mechanism for a business called “e-commerce”. The development of this type of trade and its huge benefits, including speed and cheapness, has encouraged various countries to try to organize it. The legal rules applicable to e-commerce are no different from those used in other forms of commerce.
