Entrepreneurial Decision Making Models Methods, Frameworks and Mental Maps (Qualitative Approach)
This book tries to examine decision-making from a qualitative point of view. The dominant approach in this book is to develop entrepreneurial mental, perceptual patterns, styles, and frameworks. Therefore, all issues are introduced in three separate sections: In the first section, the generalities of decision making and previous literature in this field are reviewed. In the second part, with a qualitative approach, entrepreneurial decision-making styles and perceptual and metacognitive frameworks in this field are discussed. In this section, qualitative approaches to decision-making, including innovative decision-making strategies and cognitive orientations of entrepreneurs, and the pattern of cognitive complexity that refers to the structural complexity of the entrepreneurial perceptual system are described and examined. The third section introduces a set of practical principles in the field of entrepreneurial decision-making and tries to introduce a set of practical examples of successful entrepreneurs to introduce principles that help facilitate decision-making to entrepreneurs and increase their chances of business success.
