Islamic Management: Approaches
Islamic management, as a new field of current management literature, has come a long way over the past few decades, and like any other field of human knowledge, it has enjoyed considerable diversity of content. This has paved the way for a kind of meta-analysis and summary of these numerous sources, works, and perspectives. This book is an attempt to create a reasonable order between these seemingly scattered works, which on the one hand, by choosing the three-dimensional structure of “why, what and how”, the nature and feasibility of Islamic management, and on the other hand, Based on a systematic model, it explains the existing issues in the form of four dominant approaches of Islamic management - not all approaches - namely, “sensory-experimental”, “intellectual-philosophical”, “mystical-intuitive” and “jurisprudential-ijtihad” approaches.
