The Rules of Islamic Jurisprudence (Vol.IV): International Law
International law is a branch of jurisprudence and includes the rules governing the relations of individuals, organizations, and governments that have at least one foreign and international element. Islamic international law, which explains the rules governing the Islamic State’s relations with other nations, is part of the Islamic legal system and therefore governs the principles, goals, and sources of Islamic law and propositions related to Islamic international law. The emergence of Islamic international law and its formulation, along with jurisprudence, of which Islamic law is a part, coincided with the rise of Islam and the Middle Ages in Europe. Hence, some writers, relying on historical evidence, have considered Islamic international law to be the missing link between Roman law and modern European international law. This book is the fourth volume of the collection of books on the rules of jurisprudence written by Professor AbbasAli Amid Zanjani, which is specified to the subject of international law and examines the rules of jurisprudence in the field of international law and general rules in the field of international law.
