Fiqh Rules of Shafiُ I Madhhab

One of the basic sciences in the field of Islamic jurisprudence is the rules of jurisprudence which not only constitute the abstract of Islamic jurisprudence but also grants jurisprudence the merit of harmony with any environment and conditions and adaptation with social action and reactions. Hence, the importance of the rules of jurisprudence, as general jurisprudential principles consisting of concise and legal expressions and expressing the rules of countless jurisprudential details, is not hidden from anyone in the present age. Considering this feature, the present book tries to explain the general rules of Islamic jurisprudence and the rules of Shafi'i jurisprudence in a simple and fluent way.
