Social Security Law: With a Focus on Insurance Domain

The right to social security protections has been emphasized in international and domestic documents. According to Article 29 of the Constitution, the enjoyment of such protections is the right of every member of society, including the employed and the unemployed, civil servants, and other employees. Against this right, the government must provide social security protections for every Iranian. In this book, with analytical studies as a textbook in the field of social security law, we seek to introduce the right to social security in domestic and international documents and to introduce insurance institutions, rights, and duties of the insured, duties of insurance institutions and government, and we look at the types of insurance coverage and the conditions and barriers to possess it.
