An Introduction to the Philosophy of Rights
The knowledge of the philosophy of rights is interdisciplinary and relatively new and has a direct relationship with sciences such as philosophy, law, ethics, and politics. This knowledge provides the reader with the most fundamental findings on the rights of all types of rights holders in the contemporary world. This article contains an analysis of five of the most important fundamental issues in the field of knowledge of the philosophy of rights. The almost exclusive feature of this writing is that the author has examined the issues raised in it with a comparative view between the views of philosophers of law and politics in the West on the one hand and the philosophical thought of Islam on the other. Most of the author’s findings are explained for the first time using the principles of practical Islamic wisdom. The author has studied both in seminary and university and has graduated from the University of Manchester, UK in the philosophy of law, and is currently an associate professor of philosophy of law at the Hawzeh and University Research Institute. He has published various works on the philosophy of ethics, philosophy of law, and philosophy of politics, including the book of natural law.
