Stylistics of Persian Prose: form the 4th to the 13th Century
The Comprehensive Stylistics of Persian Prose in seven sections and twenty-two chapters includes discussions on the stylistics of Dari Persian prose. In the first part, after outlining Persian prose and determining stylistic periods, some of the most important linguistic features of the period of growth and development are discussed. In other sections, based on the periods of Persian prose style, after a brief discussion on some general topics of each period, first, the style of some of the most important works of that period is examined and then the general characteristics of prose of that era are expressed. Some works have been studied in terms of style from the Samanid period to the end of the Qajar.
