The Principles of Islamic Jurisprudence (The Shafe'i School)
Shafi'i religion, attributed to its founder, Muhammad ibn Idris Shafi'i, is one of the four Sunni jurisprudential schools. After the establishment of the militias by Khajeh Nizam al-Mulk, this religion had a great development, especially among scholars, and people such as Abu Ishaq Shirazi, Mohammad Ghazali, Abolghasem Rafie Qazvini and Fakhr Razi are attributed to this religion. The science of the principles of İslamic jurisprudence is the knowledge of the method of inferring and discovering the divine command. The rules of this science help man to reach a correct understanding of the holy book and tradition; an understanding that is far removed from extremism and closer to the main purposes of the Shari'a. The present book has been compiled to acquaint students with the principles of this religion and away from complicated or divisive topics.
